Meet our Governors
Vanda Skonieczna
Vanda is a former Director of HR at a leading scientific measurement company, with extensive expertise in people management and organisational development. She has also served as Chair of the Trustee Board of an independent school, where she played a key role in strengthening safeguarding standards. At CSR, Vanda provides invaluable oversight on workforce, wellbeing, and safeguarding matters, helping us create an environment where learners and staff can thrive.
Max Vlahakis
Max is Chief Operating Officer of a successful multi-academy trust, a National Leader of Education, and a Lead Ofsted Inspector. With a distinguished career in education, Max brings unrivalled insight into quality assurance, curriculum planning, and leadership. His expertise helps CSR maintain the highest standards of teaching, learning and assessment, ensuring that our learners are well-prepared for progression into industry.
Helen Booth
Helen began her career as a forensic scientist and now works as Performance Manager for the Staffordshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner. Her background in science and public service gives her sharp analytical and strategic skills. At CSR, Helen strengthens our focus on accountability, measurable performance, and continuous improvement across all aspects of provision.
