At CSR Scientific Training, your success is our priority. From day one, we’ll make sure you have the tools, guidance, and confidence you need to thrive, not just in your apprenticeship, but in your future career.

Support from Day One

When you enrol, you’ll complete an initial assessment so we can quickly identify where you might need extra help. That way, we can put tailored strategies in place to set you up for success.

You’ll also have regular 1:1 meetings with your Tutor or Vocational Skills Coach (VSC) to check progress, discuss challenges, and keep you on track.

Dedicated Learner Support

Our Learner Support Team is here to help you every step of the way.
We’ll work with you on:

Study skills & time management – practical tools to stay organised.
Personalised learning strategies – tailored to the way you learn best.
SpLD support – we can guide you through the process of getting an assessment and formal diagnosis if needed.
Learning Support Padlet – an interactive hub full of tried-and-tested strategies to help with specific learning needs.
