This means being open and accountable in how we design and deliver training, how we safeguard learners, and how we meet the expectations of our regulators. We continually review our systems and processes to make sure they are robust, up to date with legislation, and aligned with best practice across the education and skills sector.
Transparency also extends to the way we communicate. We want apprentices, employers, and partners to be clear on what they can expect from us, and to know that if issues do arise, they will be addressed fairly and effectively. That is why we publish our policies openly, covering complaints and learner grievances, safeguarding, Prevent, our commitment to net zero, and our approach to social value. These policies set out not only our legal obligations but also our values and our commitment to building trust with every stakeholder we work with.
